Apparently some characters gain more quotes on their character page at higher ranks.

He can be your Chrom for free. But he takes time to get there. Also he's a red Swordie which puts him at a disadvanatge since there are many good Swordies in the game. Mine does fine and apparently he's been -atk the whole time without me knowing. If Taco can double Robin then thats ideal so you can finish him with Bonfire on your turn. If not, then you have to deal with Vengeance in which case it might be better to finish him off with one of your team's 5*. Basically he's good for putting a decent enough dent in the Taco that you wont need to worry about him the next turn.
