just last night in SKT vs LZ there was Renekton (arguably not really a tank), Olaf, Maokai. Shen, Maokai, Naut are all staple bans. in KT vs MVP there were Shen, Maokai bans... I think these other champions like Renekton and Camille and Rumble are not as strong as the top tier tanks and only show up when the tanks are banned out.

In teamfights, you take on a more supportive role, as that AoE silence and AoE knockup are worth more than their damage ever will be.
You can still flash+feast on the enemy adc if you feel like it. (remember there's an indicator for when feast is going to be a guaranteed kill)
