Pretty sure that's from the lore text for those Personas.

The line quoted here is from a later Mementos sidequest involving a producer, and does reference something like that (the JP version uses 枕営業/pillow business, which isn't as explicit but was likely deemed not clear enough for most western players since most people in the western parts of the world haven't heard of that term). What concerns me more here is them translating that term as specifically forcing them to have sex with HIM; from the actual dialogue related to this, it sounds more like he was having them sleep with others as a sort of business to get them fame, not just with him specifically.

I'm not entirely sure where the illegal drugs line was from, but I think it cropped up during Kaneshiro's arc regarding the mafia. It's been a while, though. As far as references to sex go, though, I don't think there's much need to worry about them making it more explicit outside of cases like the pillow business thing where a direct translation is missing too much cultural context to be clear enough to most western players (which means things like Kamoshida's arc should still be intact).
