I'm just saying that if a game has a version for both PC and a console, I prefer to play it on PC, and that I don't buy consoles till they have enough exclusives currently out to make it worth it to me. I'd say it's a mistake to think gun owners are filthy rich too. Unless you're buying tacticool guns like the SCAR or Tavor (or rare collector's items), most guns will run you for $500 at max. In general:

>Semi-auto rifles (SKS, Kel-Tec SU16, etc) = $400 at max

Ammo is also VERY cheap if you buy proper brass and reload it yourself.

SCAR-16 is the shorter variant actually, assuming you have the right name. Either way, it's an excellent firearm and is often the #1 choice of mercs and private corporations due to its performance and quality. It's too pricey to issue enmasse to a military though.

If you don't already have a bench to reload, I'd recommend just sticking to cheap steel cased ammo. I've run thousands upon thousands of Tula and Wolf (Russian brand steel cased ammo) through my AR-15 with zero issue. If you need to search for ammo, I highly recommend using sites like ammoseek and gunbot to search.

Now if you want to talk pricey ammo, you need to discuss ultra hipster rounds like .303 British (80 cents a round), .257 Roberts ($1 per round), or even "why does this even exist" Mannlicher ammo ($3+ per round).

I'd say the most you'd ever need is 1,000 rounds (roughly $200), and that's if you're a major hoarder. I'd recommend sticking to something more realistic like 200 rounds ($40). That will last you quite a long time unless you're taking regular trips to the range. Assuming you don't live in some foul communist State like New Jersey or California, you can go right to your local Wal-Mart and buy ammo from them at good prices.

Well... considering the last two PC versions included all the DLC.. it's a possibility but it's also possible that the PC version will come with all DLC EXCEPT the Ikkitousens BECAUSE everyone had to wait the same time.

But I do expect considering track record that all DLC BUT Ikkitousen and maybe other crossover characters will be included in the package. So Naraku, Kagura, and Ayame and all their clothing sets, the SKSV music DLC, that I expect will be in the base game for PC.

So we might have Ikkitousen and Dead or Alive DLC packs to buy separate.

On one hand, Shinovi Versus and Bon Appetite were released on PC with free DLC. This did set up a precedent.

On the other hand Estival Versus has over $200 worth of DLC and its entire business model is designed around DLC. If Xseed releases EV with free DLC they might as well be a nonprofit at this point. It's not like the SK playerbase is entirely opposed to buying DLC if they bought DLC on PSN.

Let's look at it on the low end of the spectrum. If EV PC only sells 10,000 copies and each player only bought $20 worth of DLC then that's $200,000 that Xseed misses out.

I never want to hear about them complaining about having a small team or not enough money for quality LEs when they have such terrible business sense.

Compare this to MarvEU, who didn't have enough money for LEs so just made them buy to order. The fans paid for them ahead of time and received a quality LE in return. It's like Xseed is made up of nothing but useless English majors.

Alright, sounds doable. Might spend about $50-75 when I get a chance to buy. I live in Arizona, which probably has the most relaxed laws in the lower 48, as evident by every other person walking around with a pistol out.
I've always been noguns but never had a problem with people having guns. Thanks again for the advice.

It runs at 60fps no matter what console version. You can choose between either "movie" mode (1080p at 30 fps) or action mode (fluctuating 720p at 60fps) for the original ps4. Thing is, 60fps stays almost constant but the resolution tends to dip and stays at 720p during combat. It's not terrible but it's not too great to look at either.

Ps4pro can get 60fps at 1080p however, which while still doesn't look perfect is just a bit more cleaner to look at imo.
