The whole reason Lawbringer, Shugoki and Valkyrie weren't in the beta was because of balance changes. In the alpha LB and Shug were weak as fuck and Valk was broken even after being nerfed within the first day of December's closed alpha.

LB can now actually punish after some of his disables, Valkyrie's attack speed was dropped drastically and Shugoki's attack speed feels like it's a little faster.
