I tried in the simulucram with my shitty non elemental crit exalted blade and easily killed 140+ enemies without a second thought. The only gripes I have with Excalibur is that while he does pretty good damage, he can't survive as long as say a valkyr or even a frost. I always thought of him as a berserker class with high damage but low defense so I only really use him when I wanna kill shit(like acolytes) while I use mirage with a soma prime or simulor when I wanna kill shit with specific weak points(like lephantis). You basically just go into a map with a kuva icon on it, do the mission normally until you run into a Kuva siphon, then you have to destroy the siphon. You destroy the siphon by void dashing through dark red clouds of kuva that spawn in the corners of the room and move toward the siphon. While you're doing this those Kuva Guard assholes will be trying to kill you. Kill them the same way you killed them in War Within, but prioritize the dark red clouds. They emit a noticeable ambient sound effect when they spawn so you'll know.

A redcrit just adds the same amount of extra damage the yellow crit added. e.g. with a 5x crit multi, that means 4x extra damage. A redcrit would do another 4x extra damage, for a total of 9x total.
