I've never had anyone complain about me playing Sion Support. Then again I've never lost lane the few times I have played him so.

I mean I don't know if there's an exact science to this but I've always just went with:

Face of the Mountain. Your low-elo ADC already can't last hit, so help him out a little bit. Ensure he never misses a cannon minion.

Ruby Sightstone. Because you're not a complete fucking shitter.

Then just tanky items like Vow, Locket, Redemption, Titty Hydra, Funfire Cape, Chilly Mitten, it's a bit flexible depending on what you need and how fed you get. Sometimes you will go 5/0/1 as Sion Support. Shit happens.

All Singed mains (in high elo) I've played with so far no longer get any mana item except RG and I'm pretty sure even if RG had no mana they'd get it just for the active

CDR on Singed is not too bad, of course poison trail has no cd but having 20% less cd on ult and fling isn't unsignificant
