I think to actually fix the problem they'd have to modify how the client loads files and they don't really seem to have any competent programmers to do that. I'm guessing hitbox editors just need to time themselves and log out before the usual file verification boot.

Personally, the majority of people I used to play with have left. All that remains are subhumans. Coordinated play on my server is pretty well dead, bar a few outfits who might get together once a week or so, and manage to get a single squad of guys together. Objectively, population in general is down more than ever before, server performance non-existent, etc.

The only changes on the horizon are spreadsheet edits, with no real actual content. There is no revive coming. It's over. Just they haven't turned off the life support yet. Expect more meme-cashgrab guns and camos, maybe a few more spreadsheet edits to give a facade of progress and development.

Sundies are still far too vulnerable to bullshit like LAs dropping from valks with C4 or Engies with tank mines if it's a deployment shield.

Here's the flowchart:

Anything but deployment shield or mineguard: Engy drop 2 tank mines and a sticky nade

Anything but deployment shield or blockade armour: LA drop 2 C4 and a burst from rocklet rifle (standard or typhoons)

Deployment shield 1: 2 LAs using C4+rocklet burst with the minimum of timing skill to clear shield then pop it normally.

Deployment shield 2: single engineer, three tank mines, shoot them to clear shield, last 2 tank mines and a sticky nade.

Given how chaotic larger fights are, meaning how unlikely you are to die when dropping out of nowhere on top of a spawn with a bunch of mouthbreathing friendlies around it that will block shots even if someone does notice you, and how fucking EASY this is to do even for one person as engy to kill a fully repaired deployment shield sundy so fast, (with no warning btw, as deployment shield doesn't start to complain until the shield clears from the first set of mines/c4) there is no fucking way you can argue that this is not an issue.

It should not take a maximum of TWO fucking people dropping from a transport vehicle such a short period of time to kill such a high priority target as a spawn at a base where an entire enemy platoon could be fighting. Three if there's a pilot squad lead having the droppers spawn in his valk for multiple attacks.

It is disgustingly effective cheese and something needs to change.

What about making deploy shield increase towards a vast pool of HP with every new spawn?

Two people dropping on a "hard" spawn point like in the video are kinda unlikely to flip the spawns for more than a couple of seconds before they get torn asunder by everyone turning around and shitting on their extremely exposed position.

RR is effective at AV as a tool to back up c4, not effective by itself really. Land behind tanks and stuff a right-click up their ass as a finisher. Typhoon ammo works against some MAXs in a pinch, and I think it's the difference between being able to kill 2 MBTs in a single life with c4+rocklets versus just one.
Not sure about the Glaive artillery, I think it's supposed to be for base versus base combat, nt shelling infantry. I've never been hit with it. Don't know range.

Here's the thing about that, I still frequently run into situations where I have a lot of fun with pubber but you generally have to put yourself in those situations. Just the other day I auto joined an open squad and ended up just dicking around with what grew into a platoon the whole night.

Generally speaking too the more social people tend to be better so it makes it more fun since they don't suck. Then again I play on memerald, so your server may be very different.

I am fucking seriously this close to quitting this game over this bullshit. I don't know what or who made the fucking infiltrators come out of the darkness, but it's really getting old. Every fucking fight I Go to now, no matter what faction or continent, there at least 50+ fucking infiltrators sitting on a cliff outside the fight spamming into the battle.

And it's not just that, it's also the fucking close range ones. The ones who have their fucking tomoes that they can spam endlessly with a massive RPM that deal critical damage in three shots, and you CAN'T FUCKING SEE THEM because they're INVISIBLE. And then they get their fuckign DMRs and their SMGs.

The only time you can even fucking see them is if they're running around in a calm place, or if they're uncloaking right infront of you and raping you.

I'm so fucking tired of it. It's just not fucking fun at all. It ruins any enjoyment I had in playing against infantry. There's nothing fun about fighting against an invisible fucking faggot that runs around with an instakilling death machine at all.

I can't tell you how many times I have entered a room or went around a corner only for an infilshitter to decloak and instantly headshot me with his stupid ass OHK SAS-R or Ghost. Fucking annoying.
