I've been playing OSRS on and off for a while now. Decided to get over myself and try RS3 for the first time in...I guess ever, really. I got through the tutorial stuff, did that quest where you had to fight some giant octopus thing in a cave, and then fished/cooked a little.

What's some fun stuff for me to do to see the differences between RS3 and OSRS? The main draw for me is all the new content. I never really played past 2008 or so, so almost everything going on now is new to me with the exception of summoning, which I did a little bit of before I quit. Should I just go slaying for a while and get some combat levels first, then hop into quests? Do people do mini games? WTF is divination and why should I do it?

A certain Canadian individual shilled out and he happened to 'own' the discord a bunch of people were using.
