Probably stage 4+ transcend practonium pistol and crossbow, 80%+ attributes, 8 lv 10 glass moles and the usual equipment people wear to be decent. This is decent by rank 8 late game standards, before that you can get by with whatever you can get.

Discounts on opening slots in your lodge so oldfags can also take part while playing alongside newfags, and if a character started in the timeframe gets to rank 3, you can redeem something with them.

Nothing. It's pretty obvious at this point that IMC never wanted to release an international server, this much should've been made clear when they asked the community to translate their game for free. After that, you could see it in:

1. IMC never took intuitive measures according the international nature of the server (they admitted they never saw stuff such as AFK farming and hacks coming because they always have the Korean environment in mind at all times i.e. IMC are mouthbreathing idiots).

2. What was first announced as Open Beta was soon changed to the paid Early Access fiasco. Julie had to pressure the higher-ups because people didn't like the staggered model and started cyber-rioting, which led to the retarded "open access to everyone at once" resulting in their shitty servers and game not being prepared for the load, leading to the embarrassing queues and later complete denial of access to new players on Steam.

3. The iToS staff are a bunch of Seoul hobos and cyber-cafe weeaboo nerds with the token North Korean refugee thrown in, paid in peanuts. Their only human worth is speaking English. They hold no power whatsoever over the international servers and what decisions are made about it and are basically cucked hard by the elite board that manages everything and obviously couldn't give two shits about iToS, considering it generates more problems than it's worth.

tl;dr: IMC doesn't like having iToS around, but it's still a source of revenue. Nothing worth a fuck will come to iToS ever except cash shop shit. Content is just an excuse and implemented like it's whatever, bugfixing isn't a priority and you can go fuck yourself, gimme your money.

It's too late for it but I think it'd be more fun if there were only 3 "tiers" of classes instead of 8, but you'd still have 8 ranks to play around with and the numbers were adjusted accordingly. So if you wanted to play a Monk for example it might be a "rank 2" class in the same tier as Druid, Sadhu, etc with numbers changed accordingly and you could max Monk at rank 4, then adding more classes would increase your options and skillset size but wouldn't change your overall power, which would be adjusted to come more from your stats and level rather than base damages.

Hamaya by itself already outclasses FC in several ways:

I think it's the presentation really.
