Do people actually ENJOY playing solo competitive? I definitely get more frustration from it than I do joy. I've been trying to get good and go from 2800-3000 for so long now, but there are a billion factors that go into whether we win or lose beside my own personal performance.

Sure I can stomp through Silver/ Gold, but thats because they just run around solo.

Ok, taking the time to write this because i'm seriously fucking pissed and i need your help.
I got Overwatch in a time where my pc was about to die and i played at 20-30fps, since my FPS was really bad i just stuck playing with Lucio and Ana since i wasn't really able to properly play with any offensive class, i could only tank with D.va, and barely. For some reason (probably because i'm retarded) i decided to play the placement matches in Season 3 and i only won 2, ranked Silver and i managed to get in Gold. Now my PC is alive, i get 80-100 fps and i am able to play decently with any class (except Hanzo).
Now, i want to get out of this shitty rank, all i'm getting is people who are retarded and start blaming everything on me,i went from 2009 SR to 1700 in a day, and i'm seriously fucking pissed.
I need to get good, i want to carry the team in a match and get out of this shitty rank once and for all, what's a good class to master and be able to carry and piss all over the other team?
How do you guys determine if a player is good or not? I am willing to fix any of my mistakes as a player, i want to GIT GUD.

How long did it take you? I have over a 50% winrate on Ana, and I know I can get Diamond if I put the hours in, but it'll be a lot of loss streaks and winstreaks mixed in until I do. Essentially if you have the skill* and I think thats important, its luck until you do. You can accelerate the luck by being good, but its still luck that no dickhead is on your team trolling etc.

I was one game from Diamond until we had a deranking Torbjorn diamond who made us lose. by placing his turret in our base. I was tilted so bad I went all the way to 2600, then quit comp forever.

What's with most of the Widowmaker clips I see they're always trying to snap-aim or whatever call it, and it's usually the shots that they miss. Why do they even bother trying that when it's much better to aim THEN fire, not aim AND fire and hope for the best.

I have something like 35 hours this season, basically you will have some loss streaks that sets you back 100-200 sr, but if you're actually good (i.e should be placed higher) you will win more than you lose

also i play dps only so it's kind of easy to carry if you have good support

just keep at it, some games you will simply get stomped, but you just have to deal with it

What I mean is they have scoped and charged a shot, then aim next to the enemy and try to snap to them while firing, instead of just aiming at the enemy from the get go and keep track of it.

here's how I think the Overwatch girls fart.

>Mei and Widowmaker both have Silent but Deadly gas but Widowmaker's is more deadly and Mei's occasionally becomes loud and embarrasses her.

>D.Va's farts are pronounced and have their own unique flair, but aren't that loud all the time.

>Phara's is Bassy and loud.

>Symettra has hers be fluctuating between wet and bubbly sounding and airy.

>Mercy's got pungent poots and are loud and she feels ashamed about it.

>Zarya's got like those kind of tight-ass farts and probably end up more squeaking than usual.

>and Tracer's got frequent farts and short farts and is always weirdly and playfully excited to share.
