If you're going Holy, you have to play on Elysium / Zeth'kur because they're at Patch 1.4, where Consecration is bugged and scales with Attack Power rather than Spell Power. In that case, it's still the same as always when it comes to gear, STR > STA > SPI. If you're brain-dead and determined to use Holy on Anathema / Darrowshire where Consecration is scaled with Spell Power, then you will want INT > SPI > STA instead, just like your healing gear should be regardless of server.

This whole time I thought that using a leveling guide was the way to go, but after installing Questie (without VanillaGuide) I'm shocked at how much more fun I'm having when I don't have to constantly look at my second screen to figure out what to do next. All I needed were those little icons telling me what quests were where, and now I feel satisfied while leveling without being afraid that I've missed a quest. Add in Cartographer's unique gift of letting me know what the levels of each zone are, I can now play the game both as freely as I want to without upsetting my autism. To everyone using a leveling guide, I highly suggest you stop!
