The problem isn't _just_ the passive, it's the fact that from 1-5 he has real sustain and damge from his Q, ontop of the pretty potent dot effect.
You can only really win a duel agasint Darius if you completely dodge his Q some how.
From levels 6+ the issue now becomes he has all that, and an execution which is basically the biggest mechanical counter someone can have to Kled.

Lee is a broken champion with very strong duel potential. He isn't insane top lane, but he is just simply stronger then a few of the meta picks up like you listed. Unless the people you play against pick someone like Riven, Darius, or Kled, it will be a skill match up in your favor sense they need to dodge your stuff more then you need to dodge theres.

Kled is strong if he gets ahead and useless if he gets behind like Rumble or Riven. He can completely ruin a lane if given an early kill. He really does do nothing if he's behind tho, his CC is unreliable at best and his damage and survivability go way down. He has a fairly strong early game so as long as he's playing right he can get there

I disagree. He can still outplay™ some mages by doding their skills and then kill them, and he is naturally a tank killer due to all his percent health damage. At worst, you can just peel the carry and keep their front line off your back line. You can also get some footing to recover once you hit 6 by just ganking. You might not have much damage, but a 2v1 is still a 2v1.
I think the only issue is you have to build tank when behind and it really conflicts his standard play style.

He has a pretty low pick rate. What he does is deal a lot of damage really hard and makes you dead. Then he ults your mid laner and gets them dead too.
Sometimes he'll duel you and your jungler and win, if you fed him enough.

As >>168044998 Kled anon said, Lee loses a lot against meta toplane picks, but he works if you know how to play him. It's somewhat of a cheese, but if you OTP him, you'll sometimes have to lane. Lee support is fun as fuck, try him out if you haven't.

As for Kassadin, I have 0 experience anon. The only thing I know about him is that you must farm and play like a bitch early game to get to that juicy mid-late game.

Anti-mage kits are inherently shit because for them to be relevant the meta has to become so garbage everyone is playing mages, the least diverse in play style of roles.

This is my second season and I'm still hardstuck in bronze IV or V.

I've tried maining a handful of champs.
I've tried buying control wards for vision.
I've tried watching youtube videos for tips when I can.
I've tried playing carry roles like jungler or mid.
I've tried muting everyone if things get toxic.
My farming is usually better than everyone else's, and if I'm the jungler, then it's usually better than the enemy's jungler.
I've tried playing later at night or during weird hours when I can so that I avoid getting literal children for teammates.

Nothing works.
Either a retard on my team still feeds by picking Yasuo or Riven or some dumb memepick role like Nidalee mid, or I get an AFKer or two, or I get retards in promos, or after a number of wins I get retards for the next 8 games due to forced 50%, or once in a blue moon I'll get tilted and I'll start feeding myself - though it's never ridiculously hard feeding like 1/10 or something like that.

Only tactic left is playing braindead broken champions with hard CC and AOE like Master Yi, Hecarim or Malphite, but I guess I have to do it.

If that doesn't work, then I think I just have to accept that I'm just shit. Ranked mode isn't worth the effort and it's starting to feel like a second job where I'm not having fun anymore.
