I was not even aware of the custom outlines, I only know about the AI changes and the sliders in the maker.

Also the sliders seem to fuck up some animations, mostly penis positioning. Dicks would go through thier noses or spine. Works okay for girls but the clipping is still there in some aspects.

I guess custom outlines would benefit some characters if they are super complicated or autistic. Though my creations have always been super generic or a bit goofy.

Regarding the sliders, I should probably make my self insert normal height levels, and shrunk the dick to normal. The only people that don't have the clipping problems are the amazon height girls I made.

AA2 is just very limited in every regard.
You can use AAU and other mods to push the limitations away for a bit but at the end there still are too many limitations.

As example:
Bodysliders add a lot but its still inferior to the way HunieSelects lets you edit bodies.

Or the lack of face customization.
Sometimes i just wish i could move the nose a little or the eyes in more ways than just bigger or smaller into either direction.

The AA2 basic body models in general feel dated as well if i look at them and compare them to those of other 3D hentai games. Again: You can mod it but that has its limits.

People said that AA1 looked ''totally fine'' till it died as well.
Once AA2 got its maker everyone realized ''God AA1 was ugly as shit''.

The most important bit of AAU for the Maker for me is hair modding. You don't have to worry about slot limitations and conflicts anymore.

I have grown accustomed to modded faces and I agree they are dated now. It is still the best looking game of its category out there, though.
The "HQ" skin is the same vanilla original skin, just with a higher resolution. It is there to enable more crisp tans.

The thing with graphics is I'm not sure you can create the same anime appearance while going to better graphics it ends up as that unsettling middle ground.

''Faces'' like here in AA2 shouldn't even exist.
You should always be able to adjust chin, eye, nose, eyebrows position whatsoever.

Aesthetically AA2 is the best game by far thats no question. The personalities are exceptional and the gameplay is probably the best too. Its not even graphically that out of date when it comes to high-poly stuff but there is definitely many places where you can see its age.

The strength of Honey Select can be found in the way H is handled and its customization. They could honestly release AA3 with the same graphics as AA2 but with honey select customization and H-gameplay and it would be a wonderful game. I honestly feel like there doesn't need to be much done in the way of improving AA2 gfx.

I never played premium resort but the little I know about it leads me to believe that if they managed to salvage only the 3D gameplay from it then there could be potential there
