If Bastion is taking only 0.15% damage then he doesn't even need a healer. Let's have a conservative estimate of 50 hps. WIth his damage reduction and the effective hit points, the effective healing per second becomes 333 healing per second.

He is going to be literally immortal to the extend that Ana doesn't even have to focus on healing him. Normally you boost and try to keep the target alive. With Bastion's passive (and becomes Blizzard is a bunch of retards who don't know about diminishing fucking returns) she can focus on healing the rest of the team while immortal rape train bastion goes fucking HAM.

In fact, the best strategy for Bastion since he is immortal is to just run away. So we might see Zarya in every fucking match too, maybe Mei also, just to guarantee the targets can't run.

Hell, this buff is such a clusterfuck, if you are playing a boosted bastion and the enemy team's boosted bastion comes to you, the best thing you can do is to COMPLETELY FUCKING IGNORE HIM and wipe his team because even a boosted bastion can't take out another boosted bastion because the self heal with the double damage reduction still out heals the damage you can put out.
