Her skills and weapon have great synergy, plus she has decent stats. High speed, alright defenses. Armored Blow and Seal Attack make her deceptively tough, Luna means her mediocre attack isn't a big issue, Killer Lance means she procs Luna a ton. Basically, she craps on reds pretty hard, and can also blow past other blues because she's so tough. Only issues are obviously greens and Takumi because of Close Counter.
