Dunno if any stats-keeping program keeps track of that. As far I know game has no API to tell that information and most 3rd-party programs work by taking and analyzing screen captures. So it would be quite bitch to extract that info.

I can't bring myself to disenchant my shitty golden cards. I don't have much dust or cards to begin with, yet I don't want to get rid of my Golden Backstreet Leper or Friendly Bartender or Servant of Yogg-Saron or Skeram Cultist or Flesheating Ghoul, Hired Gun or Ravenholt Assassin.

I like the Goons thematically even if they've been very underwhelming in practice. The Don basically gives 3/3 in extra stats and it doesn't look bad on paper, but every single game I've gotten him randomly the result has been underwhelming. As the original poster of the deck, I find that they are only good as finishers vs. control, and pretty decent vs midrange. I would suggest replacing them with Dopplegangster and possibly another big stat stick like ysera for the control matchup or another I Know a Guy for the flexibility

C'thun isn't even that bad. It does tank hard against fierce aggro, but does reasonably well against anything else. Does fine against the Renos. I think it's one of the few decks that saw a loss of play simply because of how boring it is to play. Even Jades have constant variation in the game. C'thun is always play vanilla minions until you deal twenty damage. So, although Vek'lor is great, the rest of the deck isn't interesting enough to play.

I've always struggled with the concepts of Freeze Mage. The basic idea is simple, but after the beginning it becomes very obvious that you're playing it so any deck with any armor or healing will save their stuff for after you Alex them.

If I know my opponent is Control Warrior, I can force him to waste a card or two in certain situations by literally just passing my turn. If he has more cards and will burn a card next turn, I force him to play a card first, which is something CW doesn't want to do.

God knows how many games I've won as Priest by not playing anything on a turn.

The problem is that any game with no enemy-turn-interaction and no desirable passing is that it becomes nothing but curevshit.

In games like HS and SV they pretty much force you to never pass, and in situations where your deck is control, they print cards that are basically "better pass" so that they still have something to curve with.

That issue has been fixed throughout multiple games like MTG originally, and Eternal / HEX recently. Shit like early card filtering, cantrips, mulligans, all actually make the game better and not just a "who had the better starting hand" coinflip, like in hearthstone.

You might get screwed a couple of times, but there is so much deck manipulation possible, and ultimately it just feels fucking great to have a bunch of lands as a control player.

The /hsg/ meta has gotten way too stale. The thread is dominated by only one archetype of posts: bashing Team 5 for making a terrible game. I used to enjoy browsing /hsg/, reading my daily Ben Brode post, sometimes even queuing into a hilarious shitpost. But nowadays /hsg/ meta has become more negative. There used to be a great diverse bounty of twitch clips, shitposts, and sometimes even good OC. But after queuing into the same negative post for the 8th time in a row, I just can't play anymore.

I feel like no one on ladder is using their critical thinking when I play burgling bully, their first instinct seems to be to use as many spells as necessary to remove it from the board immediately instead of just letting it be a 4/6

i have a bunch of dust and i know roughly what the crafting tier list is and how useful they are and so forth

I purchased LoE during old gods, played for a month, had an autism fit, dusted everything to craft a bunch or Milhouses just so I could deplete my dust.

Recently came back, shilled out for the beginner pack, got Van Cleef and Antonidas and opened The Don from my free Gadgetzan pack.

Dusted all of them to craft back Elise for a shitty control warrior list missing all the legendaries.

Now I'm stuck at rank 17, gaining winstreaks against memedecks until the pirate gatekeepers pull me back to where belong.


Let this be a warning, just have discipline and grind it out, or play aggro.

I don't remember how many legendaries i dusted so far, but it was a lot. Out of all my 12 legendaries only 3 was from packs: Edwin, Cenarius and Thalnos.
I remember disenchanting Cho'gall, Greenskin, Zerus, Wrathion, every possible priest legendary and many more. I miss only Greenskin so far, dude was my first and he got this happy jingle on entrance.
