You probably don't realize the irony created by those two statements put next to each other.

Hint: the game IS too easy because trading IS too easy and thus gear acquisition IS too easy those days. Ironically, the vast majority of players fail to recognize that when trading becomes too easy, the addicting and fun part of the game which should be gear hunting IN-GAME becomes as a result deprecated.

This is what killed vanilla D3 faster than you can spell C-A-S-U-A-L and why people still play modded versions of D2 nowadays with increased runes drop rates so that you don't have to become overreliant on others.

PoE's trading system and economy have their own issues and ones that GGG have acknowledged by choosing the path of least resistance and revamping the trading system into some AH only makes the game easier/casual, the exact opposite of what you imply you want.

Your tree looks good, although I personally wouldn't spend all those points to get to iron reflexes. Armor is better than evasion, yes, but it's still not great. With those points you could take Acrobatics and Phase Acrobatics which give you 30% chance to avoid taking a hit. This is still a better defensive mechanic than iron reflexes in my opinion. Also rapid assault is better than Avatar of the slaughter in almost every case scenario but you have +1 boots so I'd keep it.

You should probably swap your siege ballista setup to a curse on hit, assassin's mark herald of ice setup. I'd use it over the arctic armor personally.

Lightning arrow with chain should be better at clearing packs of monsters than split arrow. You have the hybrid leech nodes and vaal pact so elemental reflect should be a non-issue even if you use it with PTL. If your bow isn't very good just don't use chain and use another damage gem. You also shouldn't need frenzy on bosses because of your ascendancy so consider using another single target skill unless you have some attachment to frenzy, Puncture and barrage are very good. Barrage is probably the best choice, but I can't stand the artificial spread on the skill.

From what I can tell your gear looks fine. You're missing an accuracy roll on your jewelry, that's all. You can recraft your chest piece really easily with essences and fix it up nicely with some master mods. Life chests are easy to make because the primary defensive stats aren't very important (evasion) as they are on ES chest pieces; just look out for high life rolls.

So I believe I've uncovered some threads withing the currency and high value items markets.

I've discovered a number of accounts that are attempting to manipulate the prices of various items and currencies.
All of these accounts come online, and go offline at the exact same time.

All of these accounts, between them, are listing different items under different character names, but at identical prices.
All of the accounts, upon watching them, seem to be constantly sitting in hideout/town.

So far, half of the accounts are used as stationary price fixers, and the other half used for lightning fast messaging and trading.

I messaged one teasing them about knowing about their other account, and they hinted that I was correct.
If I'm right about that one, then I'm certain the other accounts belong to and are being operated by the same person.

I suspect they MAY be botting, but have no evidence.

Is there something against the TOS here?
Is there a way I can get this fuck banned?

I've gotten kinda lucky (711 ES regalia from 1 essence last league, 860 regalia from an alch this league) but it's probably not worth it.
Generic ES gear can be cost effective to craft, since almost every build is going to be looking for the same stats (ES, res, int). It's stuff like jewels where the only way to make a profit crafting them is to sell good ones for any build rather than specifically trying to craft one for your build.

I divined it when I first got it and improved the ES a little and then thought it was just "good enough" and saved my currency for other stuff. I've been in the same boat spending on other stuff not bothering with the shield.

I checked stuff about multiple crafted mods and it didn't seem that worth it because there is really no prefix worth crafting I could see. At least if I exalt I could hit hybrid, or even dual RES. If all else fails I still can craft a 30% res .
