It is kind of empty. We have three different discords, but stuff is still being created even if it's most created in them and then only posted here.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot of writers that post here. i became more depressed than usual and exceedingly suicidal

only slightly jokes, really, I started playing lots of the songs. I can as of now play Wiosna, Breathlessly, and Friendship okayish.

I'm really not that good at the piano. I just had it as a natural talent. I can play very well by ear, but I don't have enough finger dexterity.

Perspective on things... that would be waaaaay too long to explain. Everything's changed. My view on life, on friendship, on relationships, on emotions, and so, so much more.

While I'm kind of annoyed I played this game (The depression is at an all time high) I'm glad I found it too. If I make it out of this, I know I'll be so much better than before.

Only problem is; I don't know how to get out of this. I set myself a hard dream, mostly based on the luck of the draw.

I've been told I'd make an amazing lawyer, but I don't know if I can handle the psychology behind it. Supporting a bad person can be devastating.
I've wanted to become a Psychiatrist, but there's problems there too. What if I need a psychiatrist? I know there are people who are psychiatrists FOR psychiatrists, but that just gets too complex for me.

Now, most of my dreams involve just the luck of the draw. If I were to get rich, I'd donate a hefty amount to Toby Fox for Undertale and the Devs of 4LS for KS, for starters. Then, I'd attempt to make a school like Yamaku so I can hopefully secure the future for people who have these problems; and last of all, I'd get my own house; nothing pointlessly fancy, but something spacey, too. The rest of the money I'd keep for such other cases.

I make music, too, and I've started writing a book. I've always been exceptional at writing, and I've made all my English teachers cry in Poetry unit. As for music, I've got some hope for it. I have an okay voice. Who knows, guys, life may work for me. I hope it does.

KS gave me a push to my writing. Maybe I'll write stuff for it.

I started running as well after reading KS! I went from a 40 minute 5k to an almost 20 minute 5k. Lost a bunch of weight in the process and learned the ways of /fit/. I was in the middle of a very deep depression, had flunked out of college and lost my job, stopped seeing friends out of shame, and had been obese since childhood.
After playing KS and posting in those initial KS threads I was motivated enough to get back into school, get a job, graduate, diet and exercise down to a healthy weight, meet great new friends, and date a couple of qt girls.
I owe a lot to /ksg/. Playing KS put me in the vulnerable frame of mind to change but the January /ksg/ threads are what really gave me the push to try and better myself.

So I'm back here, after five (FIVE) years, to give an update on my life to bunch of people who aren't interested in hearing it. But this is the only place I can really think of.

So I played KS about a week after it came out, can remember pre-/vg/ ksg and how we bounced from /v/ and /a/ and for a short while /b/; how /vg/ was this godsend, and how thread #100 was beer truck edition, pissing off just about everyone (really, it was funny). I haven't been here for about three years now, but I'm completely floored there's still a thread. I was 20 then, going on 21, had a gf (who left me), worked a shit job (that I left), lived in the south, then moved up north, then found out I wasted what was left of my wonderyears working in casinos, factories, power plants, etc. I'm 25 now, going on 26, and I'm thinking about moving back to my big city in Florida to be with my girl (different girl, but I've known her for 8 years--funny the way life moves sometimes) and to get out of this desolate wasteland that is the midwest.

I'm going to have to put up with my father, who's going to be pissed off that I'm leaving, and I'm going to have to start life all over again, try to get into college, the works. I've never made life easy on myself, but then again, neither has anyone else, right? In time, I think I can make this work. I'd like to take some creative english, learn how to write and get some of my ideas down on paper. I have a few story ideas (not KS related) and more than a few fan-fic tier ideas I could learn on (there's at least a few KS ideas there). I don't know if I'll be staying around this time, but for what it's worth, I've always loved some of the things that came out of this quaint little corner of the web.

They're both well written and well regarded in terms of a guy with a heart problem being in a relationship. (In Emi's, you deal with it straight away and in Lilly's, you see the problems with trying to hide that condition from everybody.)

It's more or less downplayed in the other routes and outright ignored in Shizune's.

I felt like both Emi and Lilly's stories had the most closure compared to all the others. In that way, it's nice to leave the game with some closure.

As for who to start off with, go with Shizune if you don't want to be mega-disappointed (Good to start off with the mediocre route, softens the strong blows later on)
If you want to go smack right into the feels, go for Rin.
If you want a middle-ground, go Hanako. Her route's rather emotional but it's also got a lot of romance in it rather than strictly feels.

it pretty much only makes sense for Lilly to be a bit pudgy. I'm not saying this because of preference or anything (My IRL crush is pretty much a real version of Emi except less athletic and she has legs) but Emi's athletic, Shizune's strict, Misha would probably force herself to lose weight if she ever went overboard, Rin is, well, Rin, and Hanako is... uh, Hanako. Lilly's blind, and she probably doesn't go out that much seeing as she wouldn't have a perfect sense of direction. It would be really hard for her to be active, too, since exercising while blind isn't exactly the easiest task. A treadmill would work, I guess, but they aren't exactly the easiest to come by, or the cheapest.
