Escape Plan requires Soldier to be under 81 health to move faster than a heavy using any of those weapons.
Rocket jumping takes life from soldier too and its not as simple as pressing W since you need a decent amount of space to do it

Shove is there to interfere with Deadringer Spy which makes it easier to track him. It's a rare case for Scout to team up with Engineer. Why would you do that when you can go outside and kill people?

Hi. I posted this Sonic Heroes TF2 crossover fan list yesterday. I've improved it since then.

Scout, Heavy and Medic make up Team Sonic. Scout moves fast like Sonic. Heavy's great strength makes him a match for Knuckles. Much like Tails, Medic likes to support his friends.

"Keep hiding inside robot, coward!" - Heavy when he sees Eggman

Sniper, Spy and Engineer would make up Team Chaotix. If you underestimate either of these odd bunches, you'll end up on the floor before you can reconsider. Spy uses stealth tactics like Espio. Sniper is like Vector, he's mellow and reliable. Engineer is Charmy, people wave him away as useless, only to get stung.
"Blood, I can clean out of my suit, but this?" - Spy in swamp levels
"Take a picture of ya head Eggman! It'll last longer than the actual one." - Sniper at first boss fight

Demoman, Soldier and Pyro would be Team Dark. They are all destructive classes, who inflict grievous damage on anyone who gets in their way. Soldier is like Shadow because he moves quickly, and can destroy enemies in the blink of an eye. Demoman is like E-123 Omega, he views his enemies as obstacles instead of actual people. He kills them without forethought or remorse, fueled by his consumption of alcohol. Pyro is like Rouge (NOT because he's a girl) because he's a specialist, who prefers to use other techniques than fighting people upfront.

I think his maximum possible damage output is too high. He should have a slower base charge rate on stock Sniper Rifle -that also means Machina, I mean his stock must be balanced around Machina.
It actually kinda makes sense for him to be overpowered when he's the most capable class of shutting down a Medic or higher threats like power classes.
His secondaries sure need a tweak as well.

Biggest problems are (cause it's a bloody list):

1) Small teams. 6v6 is so fucking small for a "team" based fps

2) No dedicated servers. Unlike TF2 where I can go back to the same server and community I have been playing on for fucking years, OW just puts you in the maps.

3) Maps are random. You cannot choose to play a certain map. Hell you can't even choose to play a certain gamemode. And they don't use pseudorandom so you can 'randomly' get the same map five times in a row and not even see a game mode like payload after a dozen games.

4) Lack of maps. They have only 14 maps and they are small. Even worse is that none of the maps are multistage. It's not like TF2 where a payload "map" consists of three rounds with 3-4 points each. Each map maybe lasts twelve minutes and then you are back into a random queue.

5) Bad map design. Holy. Shit. I never realized how well TF2 maps were design. Overwatch you only fight at horribly designed choke points or sit on objectives. I'd say for most maps 50% of it is irrelevant. And it's even worse for Koth maps.

6) Updates are fucking slow. TF2 might release shit slowly but we have tons of game modes and maps. I think maybe two maps have been released since Overwatch has come out. A koth map and a payload map. And like I said above, payload is a single map with three objective points and that's it.

Could go on but holy shit, I realized I was only playing to get their skins (cause of course there is no actual shop or trading so it's entirely RNG based). Fuck I missed TF2 so badly.

Crit chance is strongly dependent on how much damage you've done (including Sentry damage for Engineers and Healing for Medic) in the passed ten seconds I believe. Melee weapons have a higher base crit rate.

You only notice these things because they stand out more.
