CTF could be fun, but they need more defense people because the only way that'd work is if there were two defense teams. It's because of the one-shot headshot system. Someone with an acog and an automatic weapon (with a manageable recoil pattern) is usually a better long-range killer than Glaz, since more shots on target = more chances to headshot. The SMG-11 used to unironically be the best sniper rifle in the game back when you could put an acog on it.
The only time Glaz really has the sniping advantage is at EXTREME long ranges, since his zoom is the highest in the game, but those kinds of sightlines aren't very common.
