Cuculus doesn't cast fire spells, she only uses poison and flash sweat. She's actually pretty great so long as you can keep the boss off her since poison racks up tons of damage against him. Or just pour toxic mist all over him and watch his hp bar wither and die.

depending on what type of character you want you can go pure strength, pure dex(skill in bb), or both (quality). Strength generally leans towards heavy weapons, but can use extremely overpowered greatshields. Dex weapons are faster, more specialized weapons like rapiers or spears. Quality weapons sacrifice everything over versatility. Generally longswords and halberds.

For all games: Endurance never goes over 40, Vitality doesn't go over 50. No point in either of these can be wasted before you hit those softcaps. Don't put stats in anything other than your HP stat, endurance, strength, or dex (adaptability in das2) until you are much more familiar with the game(s)

Most bosses aren't immune to it, though? Even Wolnir can be poisoned, and he's literally a skeleton. You just have to keep them in place long enough for it to activate is all, and for some bosses that can be tricky.

Poison is for bosses when you don't want to fight. Layer on toxic and poison (use storyteller staff for poison, it's better), and they'll die with no effort at all.

The reason wikidot will always be better for me is that if I go to a weapon or spell page, there's only the info about it and everything about the wiki community is very small. Fextra wastes time loading videos I don't want to see on the corner, a big comment section, more adds and forum links, which I find really tasteless.
They also have more obnoxious "share this" buttons, but this part is more subjective.

I always use fextralife as a last resort when the other wikis fail me, but the way the site is made really gets on my nerves

It's 71 stability at +4 so yeah. Just remember to bring 40 END and ring of favor +2. My strategy is generally to try to separate ganks into 1v1's and block their shit until they get tired, then punish their rolls until they're dead. I tend to not block much if at all if I'm outnumbered, often switch to my offhand arbalest instead in those situations if I can't break them up.
