double vee (assuming double 120%) or celeste + vee is around the same. the difference will be significant once you have 3 + claws with celeste being the better summon when enmity is in full effect

I'm not sure how long it's been since you've checked the pastebin, but I've given alternatives for each of the cosmos except for magna water and endgame chev (if you have 8 chev swords just get the damn cosmos). I've added genbu axe as a replacement for dagger cosmos. I'd prefer to not have cosmos involved in these basic pools, but some elements really want one (like wind or water).

Depends on when you start trying for 300. If you go from the start of the story to the last available chapter, plus co-op crystals, plus trophies, plus events it honestly shouldn't take you any longer than 4 or 5 months.
