Probably not the best way of going about it but you play Ivern as more of a support jungler than a dps. Your goal is to help your allies kill people rather than kill them yourselves and runic echos doesn't really give any real utility for that.

At what elo do people start building properly?

Now I will preface this by saying I'm actually silver (2), but I think I deserve to be a little higher. In my last game the enemy team had dr mundo, swain and volibear (voli was supp). I told our top and ADC that one of them/both should probably get an exec to counteract the healing. Our Yasuo built the usual crit build with greaves. However none of them did and we lost because they just sustained through all our damage. I built Morelos but none if them ever got low enough for it to apply.

It's frustrating to lose a game that we probably could have won were it for a single 800g item that somebody should have picked up.
