Sparrer works because the stipulation is 'you cannot conduct your Battle Phase.' As long as there's no Battle Phase being conducted, you're fine, even if you couldn't have one in the first place. Soul Charge, for that reason, also works on turn 1.

Iris Magician requires battling to have the possibility of taking place, however, which is why it can't be done on turn 1. Weird to think about, but that's how it is.

Alright so if the effects require actual battling to go off you can't play or activate them on turn 1, but if they ask for the entire battle phase it doesn't matter since BP's are always optional.

This is what I use, but it's a little old at this point. Probably could do with a few tweaks, especially around the extra. I had a Jet Synchron in here before that I eventually dropped, but it was nice for level adjusting with Accel and the occasional Junktion meme. Stardust Warrior can be swapped out for Crystal Wang, but I rarely ever go into either.

I've thought about Vermillion. It seems like a good idea, and would probably be worth the space more than Stardust/Crystal Wing. I'll give it a go. I'm not sure about Puzzle, but a non-tuner Lv4 would probably come in handy.

Accel sending Junk Synchron works perfectly, except when you draw it. Entry to make Quandax Level 2 by sending Praisortle works, too. I guess Formula is unnecessary, but maybe still nice to have.

Crystrons more or less require plenty of thinking ahead of your opponent, since you can't just go balls to the wall with Synchro Summoning like normal decks. You have to pick the right Synchro for the situation, abuse your rampant floating, and time your moves carefully.

Sulphafnir is your playstarter, since it gets your non-tuners in the Graveyard, triggers Supply Squad, and can be used almost every single turn. This is incredibly important, because they're normally a very slow to start deck, and the non-tuners cannot banish themselves from the graveyard the turn you've used their other effect.

Their turn 1 is quite slow, but you can usually fill up your grave/banish and set yourself up to immediately start making plays during your opponent's turn and snowball from there, especially if you've opened up Junktion for disruption. An optimal turn 2 would set you up in a position to make either Gliongandr or Phoenixion, and still have plenty of resources left over.

Aside Kaijus (duh), it's obvious you are gonna lose 1~2 cards for baiting or something in this. Crystal is the most important to get rid, since killing Siegfried doesnt stop another from coming next turn if he had a Gate and Necro left. But not many have mroe than one Crystal, would use more than one in extra nor have resources to re-summon her.

Xyz are the easiest way. She has an inbuilt honest for level 5 or higher, but Lightning/Dark Rebellion break Crystal. You other option is having to bait and use another monster effect to deal with her. You lose resources? Yes, but so did the player that made a fucking Crystal/Sieg combo. Once Crystal is out, you can deal with Sieg as anything else either his turn or next one. Most of the times he isnt much of a threat, but the problem is DDD has a lot of searching and the player may summon 2 beaters next turn

Drancia, Broadbull, and Triangle are all Secret Rare, so you're looking at up to 100 each for those, Thoroughblade and Tigress are Ultras, and Rat and Viper are Supers. They really upped the rarity compared to Japan's release. So you're already looking at a sizable chunk of money before you consider the other staples like Terrortop, which is still pushing 15 dollars, and Invoker which is over 70, let alone the Kaijus. If you want to challenge the meta though this is the deck to use.
