I've gushed about it before the Asgore fight was just so good with the build up of New Home (don't you want to be free) , the context (it being the last soul and the fact that hes bound to his promise even though he doesn't want to do it and I don't want to fight him but its the only way to return home, the intro (fucking hell that whole speech about the barrier still gives me chills) the music and it hit me on such a deep level that it instantly made him my favorite character and is my favorite part of the game by far.

Does Undertale ever really deal with the afterlife?

Parts of Undertale imply that there IS no Afterlife, or at least none for the monsters.

>Comes back as a Flower, he remembers everything but has no empathy, compassion, or love

Do human or monster souls that are fucked with get fucked with eternally? If a humans soul is allowed to "pass" and not collected, do they go to the afterlife? Are those 7 children Asgore killed now completely locked out of the Afterlife because their souls never got to go to the other side? Unless Flowey is simply just a broken copy of Asriel with his memories.

It's similar to a remake, but not just for Megaman 2. It's got a good mix of bosses from various games and some of the stages have been changed. I'm not sure how I feel about the 3D gimmick yet, it's a little weird.

But if you like Megaman stuff it's worth checking out.
