The best league of legends player I know is a bad person in the game, and the better I get, the worse a person I also become. You just need to realize a few things.

#1. Flaming almost always means you are less likely to win the game. If you give a shit about winning, don't type much.

#2. You are shit at the game. Yea, I know this is cliche, but it's rarely explained very well. You are shit in ways you don't even understand because if you knew why you were shit, you could just decide to not do the things that make you shit. That's obviously not the case. Figure out why you are trash because that's the only thing you need to know to win most of your games.

#3. Tilt is like ADHD or aspergers or PTSD. It is something that was reinvented by pussies to justify not thinking straight.
