So I got TG Cid's USB today and he's really good. But I can't get past that level in Sword of Peace that comes right before his Memory Lode 3, the one with 9 different enemies and a 60 stamina cost. Any tips? I've only been playing since late December so my team isn't that good. Here's what I got.

Do you like Dark Knight Cecil enough to try to chase for his relic? Do you like any of the other shit on the banner (so if you don't get a "top prize", it'll still be beneficial to you)? Are you saving up for other shit that you want to draw on more than the FFIV shit? The imperil gives you a good tool to work from if you end up with other dark elemental shit in the future, though. Plus there's always the imperil stacking in a few months to take advantage of too.

Got Leon's BSB from a 100 gem draw, and his SSB a few months before that. He does decent enough damage, and has options for AOE should he need it. There isn't much for him to work with in terms of darkness school aside from maybe Dark Bargain. Everything else seems to not be so helpful or worth honing for him.

So I'm new to the game, so new that i haven't actually played. To be more accurate, I played it at a friend's place, fell in love with it, and wanted to play it for myself. This was about a year and a half ago. For the sake of brevity, i bought the game for the ps3, downloaded it, and then the game would crash mid-download saying it couldn't download patch files. Infuriated, I called the support line, opened a new port with my service provider as recommended, and even tried different houses, all failing. Defeated, I gave up on the game. Just tonight, through influence from the same friend, I'm trying again, except for the pc. Again, same problem as before, unable to download patch files. Why is this happening? What is causing it? I made this thread because whilst looking up a possible solution, I couldn't help but notice all threads I found via google were old. Please help me. All I want to do is enjoy a great game with my friends.

Jeez, now I think I have the optimal strategy to beat ELT Mana Mysteries. Just requires that you have a Dark Fina/friend with over 565 MAG and a Ling and the rest can be bonus units.

Just have Ling use Feint Step for the SPR Debuff then Dark Fina cast Osmose/Ultima and the rest can do whatever. Just make sure that you have a 5* Primm for her Rush buff for the final two bosses.

im sort of curious what everyone else is using to beat elite.

my 480 mag exdeath can clear the slime boss on ELT by himself with dualcast meteor. luneth can clear the other bosses with bonus units using attack song/deprot/imperil. i'm not sure if a single unit can carry through the whole event due to the slime but maybe noctis's flask/imperil/deshell but i haven't tested it. though noctis would run out of MP if he kept using warp break/flask.
