On the whole, he's bad. He pulls up to average against beasts, dragons, fairies, and undead, since GL gave him ultra-killers against these. But he has no good attacks (his best is a 2.15x), his base stats are unimpressive, and brings absolutely no benefits to his team whatsoever. If he's not getting his Killer effect, he's not good at all.
He's kinda alright if you slap a Barrage TM on him maybe, but he's still worse than even Chizuru.
