I'm shitty because you can only get pure Arm runs if you invite a bunch of shaman dps/healers so you end up with 3 or 4 people all rolling for the same gear, because people are too stupid to realize the dungeon was designed for you to do 2-3 wings around the level range of your group that get gear for both the tanks/dps & healers/casters.

I gave up being nice in dungeon runs since I let a Shaman healer in, where we did Library for the Mage, then SM x3 and this cunt on his first 3 runs, needs on 3 Arm blues, gets all 3 and me and the Warrior are on our 10-12th runs get nothing, why I didn't ask them to kick the cunt is beyond me.

I don't mind rolling against people but I can't stand rolling against 3/4 people because everyone's too lazy to run Lib before Arm to get clothies to come.

I don't know about that, I think swing speed only matters for Righteousness. I'm using Stoneslayer, 3.9 attack speed.
I notice it when I use Command's Judgement especially.
Rank 1 judgement = 120 damage
Rank 3 judgement = 170
Seal of Command's proc hits for 200 without judgement and 250 with.
