In the last match, I got 125 stacks at 7:25. I think it was my quickest, but it's nearly an average time for me to get stacks with Butcher. The good thing is that I'm not using Abattoir since I try to use more other talents at level 1 such as Block or Chop Meat.

zeratul is about opportunistic burst, and his ult. Those are his functions, there is no point getting a sustain oriented ability (like master-warp blade) as that only starts paying off after 3 basics, and so only gives you real benefit after the 3rd attack and only for basics. sentenced to death gives you 50% for 1.5 seconds, which if you time correctly is 1 cleave 1 sentence to death proc and two comboslashed autoattacks. The best part is, it also has synergy with rewind totalling about 5.7k damage in 3 seconds if timed well.

Your aim in total is to take people out of the fihgt. Either delete them or ulti them.

Both. In the Warhead map, I was mostly in lane because of how large the map is. I took Victuals since I lacked a healer and for laning, and I was laning with Li-Ming vs. a roaming ETC and Valla. I shat on Valla every single time I could.

As soon as I started to gank with around +70 stacks, I jumped from around 80 to 125 in almost an instant.

He's pretty good in unorganized matches and if you know the hero well, you just stomp matches. I love playing Butcher in Infernal Shrine for the guaranteed follow up thanks to the Punisher.
There's some Butcher main that's in GM or something, which is fairly impressive.

So i'll give the shortest version I can, Jim ends up gathering the parts of the macguffan stone and partially de-zerg in Kerrigan, then while she's testing her powers dominion goons storm the place and they get swperated, Kerrigan gets a news report that Jim my was executed and goes to gather zerg for revenge, she ends up reinfesting herself on zerus to become zerg but un connected to the space Satan prophesy now.

She learuns Jim is alive, busts him out of jail and strikes a deal with valarean mengsk to avoid civilian casualties while murdering his father, she kills him and floats away.

Cut to legacy of the void, zeratul learns they need the macguffan stone from force ghost tassadar, artanis sets to invade aiur to take it back only for space Satan to use the power ge got from Kerrigan through the stone to hijack the kalah, zeratul dues giving artanis a haircut. Gathering what's left he rescues the nerazim, blows up shakuras, rescues the dominion, gets the stone, turns on some protoss robots, makes a deal with John delancy to help him rule the sith-toss and make allies of them. After all that it's back to aiur to kill space Satan's proxy body and use the macguffan stone to free the protoss long enough for them to cut their dreads, it works and space satan is banished back to space hell

Then in the epilogue game, artanis, Raynor and kerrigan meet in the haul of justice and decide not to let the chance to end it for good go to waste, they spend one mission each fighting through space hell, stukov gets to kill Duran for reals this time, force ghost tassadar was a xel'naga using his face, who then gives all his power to Kerrigan because she's special for some reason, this makes her one with the phoemix force and she leads a mission and kills space Satan in a cutscene

It cuts to a few years later, Raynor is in a bar and he either hallucinates human Kerrigan or she abdicated godhood to rejoin him, blizzard thought this was deep

That depends if he has Abbatoir or not. It's too risky to go around and probably lose many stacks if your team is not capable enough. It also depends on the map. Butcher is amazing in smaller maps. This doesn't mean he cannot gank or anything such as that in bigger maps, but he'd have to prioritize more about farming and such.

I do pick Abbatoir most of the time since in QM, it's a stealth showdown, but if there's no stealth heroes or no heroes that can actually pull a good gank in general, I can go and use Block or Chop Meat.
Abbatoir is really good in general, but there are some times that other talents could be better.

Why is Locust Swarm the go-to? I cannot find a single instance where Coccoon is not the better option. The healing is decent, the damage feels subpar, the 20 upgrade is fantastic, but if you're taking an ultimate for the 20 upgrade, then that's just a bad ultimate.

Whereas with Cocoon, there's always someone to web, and it will always be of use, in that SOMETHING is being mitigated, whether it be enemy team CC, enemy heals, enemy damage, or stalling an ult or something. There's also escape potential, and catching one off alone, web and wait for your team to come over.

I just don't see as much greatness in Locust Swarm personally.

I'd say they both have their uses. Cocoon is certainly great for just removing someone from the fight for a bit, but if the enemy has a fair amount of AoE they'll probably just end up broken out in short order anyway.

The way I always used Locust Swarm was to make sure I'm as big a nuisance in a team fight for as long as possible, and the healing and damage have always served more than well enough in that regard.

That and it's just far more iconic.
