Kizaru has an orb shuffle that doesn't remove matching orbs, on a 3 turn CD, which would come extremely useful in forests where you can reset constantly for matching orbs whenever you want. Since he heals for a lot and already reduces CD himself, stalling isn't a huge issue most of the time.
Honestly though, I agree 100% with you but I already had CDR maxed so I went with orbs. Just saying because Orbs is not as bad on him, he capitalizes on them slightly better compared to other units.
