Depends, but usually not as much as consoles. Though this should change in the future hopefully as crossplay becomes more common and the PC community picks up. The PC community can't grow if everyone is paranoid about getting fighters on the PC to begin with.

I'm going to be getting Tekken 7 for the PC. Hopefully there's crossplay, but if not it shouldn't be a big deal, there should be enough people playing.

I get the feeling that the current dev team working on SFV's balance doesn't know what makes Juri her own character, gameplay-wise speaking.

Her main issue with her gameplan in V is how they generally thought her Fuhajin charges to be.
The beauty of her kick charges/releases in SFIV is that they worked kind of like Balrog's TAP: you had to hold a kick button (after you did the command input for the charge), so you are effectively impossibilitated to use that button in neutral play since you are holding it for the release. This "sacrifice" had a big pay-off because the releases had very good frame-data (+2 on block and something like +5 on hit). They were as good as Guile's lp Sonic Boom!

In SFV, the character is almost completely different: her charges work like generic specials. They have their pro/cons and some of them are much more specific than before. All of them are negative on block (including her safest release, the fireball one), so they are much harder to use. Her mk and hk releases are very unsafe and can be easily punished for a good amount of damage. This because her releases work differently from her SFIV version. Now they're just specials, like every other character's specials. The risk is minor, so the pay-off is minor as well.

The reason why I feel like they don't really get the appeal of the character is that they showed my doubts with S2 changes.
The character needed:
>better frame-data on her Fuhajin releases (ESPECIALLY lk Fuhajin/Fireball);
>better V-Skill;
>reworked V-Trigger;
>comboable overhead during FSE

The only thing they gave her is better V-Skill. Her V-Trigger is still the worst three bar V-Trigger in the game and her Fuhajin game still feels weird.

I think if Juri didn't have to charge and her fireball was plus on block she's be really overwhelming to deal with. Just saying that from a perspective of a person trying to learn Juri. I think she has some great and easy damage potential already. Her neutral in V is definitely fucking weird but at least it feels kinda unique. But I yeah I really hope the spruce up her V trigger also.
