One archtype monster + attribute for whatever fusion can be the thing that makes them common, but Eidolons have a much better setup for being a 12 cards maindeck engine (3 aleister, 3 fields + 3 terraformings and 3 of the fusion spell). It's a blanket ruling that goes for continuous cards in general. Field Spells, Continuous Spell Cards, Continuous Trap Cards, and Pendulum Scales, IIRC.

If they're removed from the field after their effect is activated but before it can resolve, it falls through. If you used Powerful Rebirth and they chained MST to it, no monsters would be summoned. Monster effects are excluded from this sort of thing of course, but I've never delved deep enough into rulings to figure out the reasoning behind it.

Chains resolve backwards, so Mystical Space Typhoon destroys Powerful Rebirth first. Then Powerful Rebirth tries to resolve, but it's not on the field anymore. It's a continuous card that has to stay on the field to resolve its effect, so nothing happens.

Chain Link 1: Mystical Space Typhoon, targeting a face-down Powerful Rebirth
Chain Link 2: Powerful Rebirth
Powerful Rebirth resolves, summoning a monster from the graveyard. Then Mystical Space Typhoon destroys Powerful Rebirth. Though since Powerful Rebirth doesn't destroy what it summons when it's destroyed, said monster would stay on the field.

I've played enough Chain Burn to understand chains under all other circumstances, but I get a little lost when it comes to subjects like "how many times can Black Garden activate in one chain" and "why does this card need to have Once Per Chain printed on it?".

PSCT question: My opponent destroys my targeted monster before Ties resolves, what happens?

I'm in two minds about it
1) The card doesn't say anything like "that target" (keyword being target) so it should be ruled similar to Adreus, Keeper of Armageddon and the effect should go through no problem.
2) Ties needs to read stuff like the attribute off the card, which can't be done if it isn't on the field, so it doesn't work.
