Okay best way to get good is

Step 1) Reroll until you have Gilgamesh, Noctis, Yun, Lightning or Luneth. (Multiple Zidanes + 5 star base or Gilgamesh's will be the best for dualwield trustmastery)

Step 2) Add strong friends from /ffg/ doc

Step 3) Farm up hero rings, black belt gis and tiger masks

Step 4) Do the trials in the farplane first to get some decent equipment then trials in the vortex.

Step 5) Get moogles and TMR farm with macro

Ramza is really good with Enhancements as a walking stat/regen stick that does nothing else. DK Cecil becomes one of the hardest hitters with pseudo-renewability thanks to Enhancements.

Poor base Delita though, he literally got nothing since Ashe has his buff and IS a mage compared to him who is a physical fighter. And to further insult base Delita, she's a base 4* to boot making her easier to get compared to his base 5*. He might need some global only enhancements to make him good.

Global Ace being good is a trick perpetuated by retards on the wiki. Putting dualwield on Ace is a mistake. Wild Card is a useless gimmick in most situations not only does it do less damage than Meteor on Exdesu but at least Exdesu doesn't require a fucking TMR that would be better suited for a physical unit and Exdesu already has a built in killer passive. Anyone who thinks Ace is good, by all means use the dualwield. Just know that everybody feels sorry for you and laughs at you behind your back.

Yun is the worst 5 star character. The main reason he is terrible is two abilities he has that you have no control over. 1) Reduced encounter rate. 2) Extremely long autoattack animation with dualwield due to 4 attacks going off. Say goodbye to explorations and TMR farming.

For Yun's chainability, he attacks way too fast to chain with other characters so he must chain with another Yun to do good damage. Yun has a fire imperil move but no fire weapons. All Yun has is a 220% aoe fire skill. There's no way you would use that. If you used Blazing Combo followed by Blazing Heart with DW you would do 10.66x damage over two turns. Compare that to Noctis 16.66x damage over two turns with warp break (not counting his def break which would be 20.23x) Yun's best attack is Raging Chocobo 6x with DW. This will be a good move only if you have two Yun's with a decent elemental weapon EX: Xiao's TMR. With the best TMRs on Yun he will cap out at 819 atk (x2 xiao x2 snow dw black cowl power of creation and x2 seal of destruction) and Noctis caps out at 900 ATK.

Actually he's not, Altemafag. DK Cecil is still the most garbage 5* base in a vacuum. He only shines in the same chainmeta environment as everyone else, only he brings no chaining to the table.
