Why is it simply so fun to heal as Mercy? I don't much enjoy playing Hanzo or Widowmaker like most people seem to, but I'm always excited to play Mercy and heal people.

I honestly don't really give a fuck at this point. Blizzard can't balance the initial roster of heroes for shit but they want to add more. Chu is a self insert hack who's more concerned with making his personal ship a reality rather than writing something good.

I honestly just do not give a fuck anymore. I'm almost at my wits end with Overwatch, the game isn't fun anymore with it being World of Tanks for the last month and a half and that trend is not going to be ending. And OW's story has lost all focus but oh man here are some fucking voice lines about giving chocolates, because we all needed that shit.

Fastest gamemode now is 3v3 with a stack or CtF.
Good 3 stack can win in less than 3 minutes but you need friends for that.
You'll draw a lot of CtF games but they're fast, 6 minutes at most.

Do you guys think Doomfist will be the next Hero? I don't think so because the developers have stated multiple times that Doomfist was only a story name and that they planned him to be hero, so I find it unlikely that they would use him over another hero design they were still tweaking since launch.

More CtF pro-tips: A good hog can solo defend the flag. One-shots + high survivability makes for a nearly invulnerable defender if you play high and around corners.
Only thing that ever stops one is ult combos.

Depends, but in most cases no. He is great for healing low health people who pop in and out of combat, but his healing rate is just too slow to keep Tanks alive. You're real job is always discord so that the enemy dies faster.

this game is fucking obnoxious and i'm already considering uninstalling again after returning to try the changes for a few days.

hanzo is still a retarded hero, nobody likes him, it's not fun whatsoever and blizzard will never be able to do anything to hanzo even though they regret creating hanzo themselves.

ana is still fucking overpowered. lmao a tiny support that can deal 200 dps with no fall off and sleep dart that travels faster than fucking light.

same with zenyatta balls. just spam some choke point and spam discord button until it instantly connects across any range.

roadhog is still retard level strong and overpowered. blizzard is absolutely stupid for letting roadhog go on for this long.

nearly all of my deaths are to brainless choke and corner spam from every projectile class in the game. the rest is being hooked by roadshitter.

the worst thing is the inconsistency and laggy projectiles, there is absolutely no feedback whatsoever, you just instantly die. pharah rockets and junkrat grenades clearly move past your screen or around your character but still count as a direct hit. hanzo arrows make no noise or anything when hitting you, your character just falls to death. it is impossible to even see the arrow because of how bad the lag compensation is. you also don't even know if it was a critical hit or not. dying in this game, is some of the worst experience in games i've ever had, you just have no fucking idea what even killed you 9 out of 10 times, the only thing being a glitched killcam.

this game is incredibly badly balanced and designed, only getting away because it's blizzard, the fancy waifus and graphics. the map designs and layouts are awful also.

It was during the era of 100% speed boost and he was doing that as well, it's since been nerfed and not as easy as it seems. Crouch spamming, even post nerf is more effective than doing that sadly. It's a skill that translates well in niche situations but practicality wise it falls a bit flat because it wasn't what it used to be.

It does. What actually made that Webm a thing is because he was just moving side to side really fast and his speed boost gave him that. He looks fast as fuck for sure but if you change side to side, to up and down, you have the crouch spam that was nerfed. Similarly, Lucio's speed boost being nerfed.

It's... It's eh, an okay thing to try do. This wavedashing thing on Lucio but there's just better things to do now because of all the nerfs. The 'crazy skill cieling' has been lowered so you can't do anything but reminiscence on all the crazy wacky stuff you *could* do back then.

Like, crouch spamming is still effective against a Widow and stuff, and Wavedashing is still possible, just don't expect the webm at all. In the slightest.

Honestly, Roadhog. I play at high masters and although people are saying that he's not so bad the higher you go because people dance around corners and stuff, it's still a huge thing since now if you get hooked you're pretty much guaranteed dead.

I enjoyed what the hook was, I feel like they should push that small distance back away from Roadhog. Not being able to instantly kill Ana, Hanzo and someone else may have been painful, but for other characters like Mei, Reaper, whoever else-- Often, you would escape with enough health to survive, you took heavy damage but enough none the less... now there's just no hope. When that chain hits, you're dead. You require your team to assist you and more often than not, they're not paying attention to you.

I've never disliked fighting Roadhog because as Mercy, if I healed instantly the person got hooked, a 200HP hero would usually survive because I think the hook itself did that slight amount of damage that is what made it the 'tipping point' (Similar to how Mei's icicles do 150 headshot, but her LMB still takes off around 50 damage when trying to freeze so you can take out 200HP heroes), but now those pellets of Roadhog are chaotic.

Currently if you defense matrix on an ally who has been hooked, they die. There's a slight distance in which the bullets must travel away from the gun before defense matrix; and now that Roadhog pulls to the very tip of his gun, she cannot defense matrix to save an any anymore. They're changing that so if you DM on an hooked ally, she'll eat his shots.

This also makes for better things like when a Reaper is in your face and shooting you, if he literally hugged you, you didn't eat his bullets. Now you can.

It's minor but it's a quality of life thing moreso.

If either of you have 80 ping, you're fucked honestly. The time frame between pulled in and being shot is so minimal that it's similar to D.va actually being vulnerable inside her own mech when she ejects. Ping plays a huge factor into this that it's almost disgusting. Ping varies to per person though, so sometimes you get away with it, sometimes you don't.

You may have been hooked by a Roadhog in the past and been able to barrier yourself as Zarya because he's a laggy shitter.

I encountered a very strange thing today in Overwatch.

Playing a Quick Play match on Nepal, my team of random people completely slaughtered the enemy team both rounds, they went 0% capture both rounds. Here is where it gets interesting. The enemy Hanzo was able to fire off """4"""" ults in one round despite the fact that he was not getting any kills. I have no idea how he was charging his ult so fast. I was playing Reaper and killing people and the Hanzo fired off his first ult when I was at 87% ult charge and then he proceeded to fire off the three more before I could even get to 100% ult charge a second time.

I have no fucking idea how he did it. His team was doing miserably, we completely dominated them all round yet this fucking Hanzo was throwing out ults like crazy.

Hitting teammates is fine, I usually have 60%+ ACC, but I feel like I have trouble hitting Pharahs who tear my ass apart because my team usually sucks.
