Is All Random/Single Draft the worst mode if you're good at this game?

Like, I'm not even that good, but I'm at least aware of what's needed to win, which is why I have 55%~ winrate, though I quit the game about 9 months ago and recently came back.

I've been playing these modes ever since and, holy shit, I know about the forced 50% winrate meme, but it seems to affect All Random/Single Draft the most, since there's ALWAYS at least one person on the team that has 0 clue on how to play their hero and just feeds completely. I've been winning like 1/5 of my matches in the last few days because of that.

Set up kills, get bounty runes, leech tower gold. Some supports just aren't very good at getting gold. In a lot of games there are times where you can just farm a lane for a bit while carries fuck off to stay in mid waiting for 2 minutes for a fight that never comes, but sometimes in pubs you just have 4 goldhungry carries on your team and the best way to gain gold is to not die.

Thr optimal build is actually that which aui was doing already before 7.00.
MoM was always a meme because of how %-based damage manipulation worked. Now that it's gone it silences and that is also awful. You also never get much out of it because you have overpower attack speed anyway.
So how does the optimal build look?
Quick phase + blink with blight stone, no lifesteal at all because you are going to upgrade the blight stone to deso at some point. After blink directly into abyssal blade/deso, followed up by the other of the two. Last two items are bkb and aghs (mkb if you need to counter evasion).

why do ppl hate this patch again? The changes to Roshan, the 3 extra item slots, the way the game loads in the menu and how you get right to the game just makes it soo much better. I've played 7 games of her now and I've gone treads, skadi, mjolnir, satanic, bkb, and bloodthorn with buyback. Do I replace any of these items with something else? Is heart better than satanic since it doesn't get disabled by anything?
