How the fuck do I make it so that becoming a vampire changes literally nothing about my character's face?

I've tried DVA, better vampires, adding textures, and nothing works. Every time I become a vampire my character's face becomes all jaggy and pointy.

Race follows that of the mother. Everything else is up for interpretation. I like to thing they can get lots of minor things from the father, facial features, personality, stats. As long as they are instantly recognizable as the race of the mother. That is the only real qualifier. They should visually identify as the race of the mother.

Adrenaline Rush is just a gameplay mechanic, but sure, a child of a Nord Mother, and Redguard father could have the physicalities of a Redguard, but would visually be a Nord. Vice versa, if the mother was a Redguard, the child could have a better resistance to frost than the average Redguard.

How to adjust camera height in first person view?
My character is a tall nord who's physically taller than their small woodelf companion, but in first person, she's no taller than the little elf.

Slider-fu can help with it, but I find I generally need to sculpt the region for it to be smooth. I usually inflate it a little first, before smoothing and then deflating if the jaw or cheeks look puffy.

Well make sure to play around with the intensity and the radius, too.

A too small radious with a high entensity might cause some jaggies. Do like a 0.0058 or 0.058 intensity and then whatever radious you think is small enough.

My slider-fu could be better but I'm pretty happy with how her face looks. I'm just unhappy with the general quality of the game. Textures, lighting, etc.

I use Rampage ENB and ELFX. I believe the skin textures are currently SG Female Textures Renewal 4k with some muscle maps. I know TKRE looks a little better than Rampage in certain areas, but I really like the steam overlay patch Rampage has since I broadcast often.
