Lots of shit. Let you keep your main target on the boss or your main tank while letting you heal other people.

You just make macros that try <mo> before <t>. If you're mousing over someone, <mo> will trigger first and heal that person instead. If not, it'll go to the next line of your macro, which heals your target.
