Building weapons in viral damage sucks on everything 130+ lvl, if only that weapon don't have insane slash damage, like galatine or dread. And even in that way against 130 bursa corrosive are still better. Tested with varioos weapons (galatine with tempo royale, nikana with tranquil cleace and blind justice, braton, dera, vaykor hek, sancti tigres, tigris prime, dread) on bombards, bursas, heavy gunners and napalms in simulcarum. Discuss.

Been attempting to set up a decent Exalted Blade build, and think I actually got a decent one going. Lower costs across the board with a good amount of extra beef, but I'm curious if there's anything I should consider.

The thing is, DPS is not a measure of effectiveness. You don't need to kill a lot of enemies to finish the mission. In some missions like intercept/MD, killing shit can actually be harmful as opposed to CC'ing enemies. This is why we need a CC score, similar to the "damage dealt" at end-of-mission screen.
