My group is currently finding a solid amount of use for her already, play her like an invis CC bot with some moderate damage potential instead of a 100-0 stealth assassin, and it works pretty damn well, especially against autoattackers when you grab the blind on cheap shot and then the reduced vanish cd.

While I am sure people are mad, I did think Valeera was appropriate. Let's be honest here and recognize most of the hardcore WoW fanboys are still very much into WoW to the exclusion of other games, including HotS. You then look at Hearthstone, where the vast majority of Hearthstone players don't play computer games, and the ones that do happen to be the same demographics that you see playing shit like LoL.
As a result, it only makes financial sense that the focus is more on heroes with associations with Hearthstone because that is the crowd who are going to dump money into your f2p game.

The problem isn't the flask. It's the worgen and I really fucking hope they're gonna make it worth it to actually jump into the fray with him. His lack of sustain or any form of damage mitigation (mostly because of shit talents for his worgen form) is the biggest offender, but they could fix it by just giving him MORE DAMAGE. He already offers nothing but pure undiluted high sustained damage, but it's just not worth it when other heroes can offer the same in addition to CC.

They decided it from the very beginning and it's obvious in the way the ability works.

What they did fuck up was not realizing that people don't want skillful abilities, they want reliable ones, and thus always picked the explosion talent.
Blizzard hates putting in work that goes to waste, and aptly removes the talent that goes against the design they thought up.

Blizz isn't some saint that never fucks up, they evidently did, but saying they changed their mind about how an ability should work when it's VERY clear they didn't is fucking stupid.

Thoughts about this idea of a paladin ?

>General gameplay
The idea is to have a hero that can give bonuses to his allies via auras that will benefit everyone within the range
He will have enough life points and armor to be a warrior, and his kit will permit him to fulfill this role.

With 1, 2 and 3, select an aura that will be your trait. You can switch from an aura to another one any time during the game.
(auras can have different range)

>1- Prayer
Improve life regen of all allies within the range

>2- Defiance
Gain physical armor against the next enemy basic attack. It have 6 charges. The charges are shared between the heroes under the aura (so even if 6 charges seems a lot compared the the 2 people can have with a talent, they might be used quickly).

Every x seconds, improve the damages of the next basic attack. It have charges shared between all the hereos as Defiance.

If you specify a target it will knockback her (+stun if collides with terrain ?) (Unlike diablo, you don't follow the target, you just push them away)
If you don't specify a target, you'll dash to the position (it can be a talent)

I think the cooldown and mana used should be different when you do not hit a target (lower cooldown, use more mana)

In my experience, sometimes it's just better to go with the team and give up the k/d ratio thing and the number chasing. If 3 of 5 go for the obvious throw, like goong for boss at the worst possible time, you already know whats coming, try to make a difference there, even if it might mean dying and ruining that perfect score, no one gives a shit about k/d and damage anyway. Does not mean you should die in vain tho.
