Yes, you learn the abilities from them and then you teach them to your more permanent pets. There are various lists of which rare pets have which rare abilities and whatnot, it's a pretty neat system.

Anyone else get odd stuttering from time to time?

When I first got the client, it was stuttering and when I looked it up it seemed like something I would just have to deal with.

Then I re-opened the game later that day and it was smooth. No idea, nothing had changed.

Now after a sleep I wake up, load it up and its stuttering again.

Anyone got any ideas on this one? Addons and all settings remained the same throughout this process.

From a strictly PvP perspective, which is the best route to take through Arcane?

I understand that Arcane Subtlety will nullify enemy racials and Druid buff, however Imp. Arcane Missiles could nab me some extra kills around LoS with the extra couple of bolts I'll get while being attacked.

Once you get viper sting it gets a lot easier as you can usually outlast them. Though once you get Bestial Wrath at 40 you can just dominate every warlock, even one that's 5 levels higher than you.

Unlearn Cower on your cat and stable them to tame a pet that can teach you the highest level of bite & claw for your level (it will probably be 2 different pets). Once you've learned the skill and can teach it to your pet just abandon the pet and teach it to your stabled cat.

Having the a decent level of claw & bite on your cat will increase it's dps by like 50%, it's a big upgrade.

Don't forget to tame a Stranglethorn tiger at level 30 as well for dash, this will make your pet a pvp monster who can chase down anything and with Intimidation it lets you catch up as well.

I think hunter at 10 is actually less powerful than a warrior and that is saying a lot.

Taming fails at least half of the time and I'm dead if it does. Even with constant feeding it can't hold aggro or take hits at all and does awful damage.
