What playstyle do i have to take for SOLO carry ? The HPS is insane compared to the lucio + unbuffed Mercy days, Diva was garbage, more ults (it was shit and i prefer the current ults, but it was easier to carry that way), etc, so you could easily solo kill an enemy being healed or dive the back line and kill them in a timely fashion. I can only do it with 76 and Zarya fuck Hog, i'm a tryhard but i actually want to achieve victory through my own skills.

76 you just sit there on a high ground and people are too retard to coordinate a 2v1, and a 76 virtually never loses an 1v1 or the enemy team doesn't capitalze on the 5 or so seconds their solo teammate nulify the 76. Zarya is a healing magnet because healers love tanks (aka easy mode shit that makes you feel good) and you only lose if there is a good long range player on the enemy team and they also have a teamcomp that requires another hero switch besides you.

I get that if you get stunned after it starts you've lost it and after you press but before it actually starts you can keep your charge.But why the fuck do I end up with 82% charge after ulti and immediately get stunned/slept/killed sometimes?

And it's not like I am going into battle with the mistaken idea that I have my ultimate, I very much do, I use it and hear the words/see its start effect but instead of losing or keeping my charge I am specifically brought back to 82% every time.
