Can someone tell me whats going on here? This guy is a Hu/Su and hes doing as much damage as me as Hu/Fi maybe even a little more in some parts. He does enough to 1 shot a few bosses and he clears like 30 sec faster than me. He might have been able to do it in under 5 mins if he wasnt fucking around with maron at the end. They recently changed point assist to affect player damage aswell, so Su sub modifier (against single target) isn't as obviously bad anymore as it used to be (1.53065 now, Fi sub is 1.5 from brave stance and an extra 1.15 with taja). He probably went fully buffed, so that alone is enough to let him do comparable damage to an unbuffed Hu/Fi.

How much SG does resetting a CF cost?

This would hurt those who haven't played for a long time or have inconsistent playtimes.
Use this as an example because its a common case inside of pso2.

Imagine you had quit pso2 after finally completing your austere rifle and launcher at the end of episode 3.
In the time you were gone you had to do regular work in real life. As you return to pso2 you know you wont be able to play as much as you could before.
Upon logging in you are given the question "Do you want to play Ep 1-3 Or 4?" You choose episode 4 and go through a 12 minute scene of you stuff you don't entirely understand.
You enter the lobby and notice a lot of the quest requirements have been changed to accommodate to episode 4.
There is a single person still alive on your friendslist and you ask that person what changes have happened. (half an hour conversation)
After that conversation you now are set with a few goals.

1. Complete a portion of the story to unlock the tokyo maps
2. Complete heaven and hell to get into upper ranked blocks.
3. Do all your sp Co's on your main and sub even though you had no cubes on either.
4. Grind a NT 13 star Sword and rifle to +35 to complete your client order
5. Switch to your Hunter/Ranger and grind for approx. 37,800,000 exp to finish
6. Switch to your Ranger/Hunter and grind for Approx. 37,800,000 exp to finish
7. Go to your other ships/characters and repeat steps 2-6 with the variation of class difference and weapon. (Ex. Braver/Gunner, force/techer, Summoner/X)

The most cost effective method is getting NT 1* weapons, then feeding them about 15 1* weapons of the same type from the NPC shop. Gives about the same Xp as an ungrinded empe and only costs ~40k meseta and 2 photon drops. It's annoying to do though, so most people don't bother.

The first one I linked was one I know a couple of people use, it's a pure attack sub focused on increasing the raw power of the class using it as a sub (fi or br).

Second might seem like a fucking awful idea, but don't knock it till you try it. Fury combo only needs to be 5 due to how it works, and the s-atk up/crit up are completely worthless for RA and GU mains. For melee mains it might seem shit because it has no s-atk ups, but it's saved my ass a whole bunch of times.

RA main desperately needs Massive Hunter, it's borderline unplayable without. 10 in Fury Combo is also very important on it due to the bursty hit and run nature and not being able to set up with a quick normal due to loaded WBs. Automate is self explanatory. That doesn't leave many points left for Iron Will+NGU.

My interpretation of it was that of most people have already max capped every class but not gone as far as to unlock sp client orders on the ones they don't main.

Most people would have an absurd amount of cubes towards on one or two classes they play frequently but would be in hell if they were to try and play their sub knowing they haven't funded it in the least to keep up with the content they want to reach.

Personally, I'm in a pretty shitty shape.
I had 2 characters I played frequently.
A Gunner/Ranger (50 gunner cubes and 2 ranger cubes) And a fighter/hunter (88 fighter cubes, 2 hunter cubes)

Just because the class cube option wasnt used as a primary means to become stronger it was used as a bonus and reward you didn't have to shed blood into.
Now that it has become an actual complication towards reaching a higher level people are forced to back track into playing subs they rarely play. Leading to many parties consisting of hunter/ranger, gunner/braver, hunter/braver or techer/bouncer.

New people are straight btfo though.

Every rarity generally has a threshold of damage value, NT are always on the high side so you can have a 9* NT with higher atk than 10* OT but generally never more than one rarity above. You don't really have to worry about gear in the slightest until you hit super hard because nothing has enough health to justify caring until then. Just find a pretty weapon and grind it.

It's already absurdly easy to get a nt 13* weapon, even as far as 6 copies go. npc co's and such, shii badge tradeins, etc. They've retroactively lowered requirements multiple times, to allow the playerbase easier access to being 'up to date'. They'll probably lower the exp req for 75 by 8-10m, and the sp co cubes to 1 each, resulting in the playerbase essentially instantly getting the cubes required to progress past 75 towards 80 immediately, if they haven't already 6 months down the line.
