Saber is A (not the) (unless there's no other in which case she's technically the) Knight King, Gilgamesh is not the king of hero but humanities first Hero King (which incidentally is the normal historical way to describe him, so thats probably a direct translation from english right back to it). Edison's is a bit untranslatable but is basicly President-King (Rather than the modifying word having king appended to it, the last kanji in president was replaced with king). I don't have a clear memory about the other examples, but I'm pretty sure they're all the same. If the phrase isn't somethingの王, then of does not belong in the translation.

Grails don't actually materialize Noble Phantasms themselves, they just send a big mass of putty (the class container) to the Throne where an imprint is made of a Heroic Spirit that then turns the mass of putty into a copy of the HS.

The Throne handles all the hard shit, the only limitations come from the kind of putty used for the Servant. Some skills, parameters and NPs will only manifest with certain kinds of putty.

Most mobage have what they are doing planned months in advance, and we know that's what DW does as well. We've also got Nasus blogposts where he talks about how they didn't know if they were going to keep going after Solomon, but the game is doing well enough that they can way back in early 2016. And the characters appearing in EoR include people from the leak list who were slotted in over a year and a half ago.

The reason we have no new content is because everyone involved knows they can afford it. Most of the people they lose will come back when they do get around to doing a new event, as well as new people joining, and in the mean time you have people opening up their wallets for Dantes and whoever else they bring back all over again.

It's free money at no loss, that's the real reason we are getting weeks of nothing. They don't need to worry about losing trust with the playerbase because the Fate fanbase will just roll over and take it.

That wouldn't help, because the bigger problem than not understanding it is lacking the materials necessary to recreate them. UBW only contains whatever materials are readily accessible in the area Shirou is in. Ea is created with materials that are not native to Gaia, so it's flat out impossible for him to replicate even a shoddy imitation with replacement parts. Excalibur is made partially out of those materials that he has no access to, but he can replace what's missing with alternative parts at the cost of losing a lot of power.

In the Mooncell, all the parts needed to craft Excalibur are available though. That's why Archer can project Excalibur Image, which is identical to Excalibur in power but different from it as well the same way that Caladbolg II is not Caladbolg and EMIYA's Hrunting arrow isn't the Hrunting that Beo wields.
