So now that Supremacy is better than Servitude for Aff, does that apply in PvP as well?

Not familliar with the warrior hall myself, but once you hit level 102 you will have a quest giver somewhere in your hall. It should be the only, or one of a few, orange exclamation marks in your order hall.
When you hit 102 you can consecutively unlock both remaining artifacts.

Protip: it forces you to be in the spec of the artifact, which is a pain unless you've already found out that there's a vendor in every class hall that will sell you a basic green rarity weapon pretty much for this exact purpose; in addition to other things that become relevant at level 110.

I stopped playing in late september. I was in a shitter guild with terrible players, and I only got to around 850 ilvl / AP 4.

Obviously with that kind of track record I'm no mythic raider, but would it be possible for me to catch up enough to join a heroic raiding guild? I understand that AP and rep would be the main hurdles.

Heroic Nighthold is a joke and it's going to be around for at least 6 months if we're being honest. If a /wowg/ guild can clear it week 1, I'm sure you can do it in a few starting from scratch.

i was talking about broken isles. seems like 50:50 to me on defias brotherhood (rp-pvp). i also lvled a hunter recently 1-90, seen like maybe 3 horde players overall, and less than a dozen alliance (my fac). rdf queues took me like 30 mins so i did a lot of quests. so why didnt i see any players in the crossrealm zones?
