1) Healing your team always takes priority, IF they aren't braindead. If they are braindead, you're probably better off picking out squishies. But usually, healing is the better option
2)priority list:
Zarya has high charge (model glowing) = nano Zarya ALWAYS
DPS/road has their ult = nano them
DPS doesnt have their ult and they are pushing = nano your rein
3) Identify the carry in your game. If there's a pharah getting 4-5k per push, you should pocket her over your tanks. If there arent any good players, just focus on keeping your tanks and fellow support alive.

Honestly, I think all offensive heroes should get a major increase in their dps, talking about something in order of 20% increase in their main damage or something.

It just feels wrong to see always the Zarya, Dva and Roadhog being the top damage in any sort of top play, offense heroes are slowly being relegated to a flanker only status. Tanks counter Tanks and DPS while DPS counter healers. That's not a healthy balanced to the game.

There should be an incentive to stand behind your frontline and actually deal damage rather than just being an annoying fuck.

Lvl 25 is not enough, since you're going in without borad knowledge on how the game works.
The main reason i'd discourage it is that next comp season will take your S3 rank in acount for your placements in S4. Since you're going to be shit at lvl25, you're going to shoot yourslef in the foot for next season.

If you don't give a fuck do it, but expect no-fun-allowed trash talk and leavers all day every day. I stopped comp altogether because the community is filled with angry children and the game is not made for competitive play.

I'd recommend enjoying the ultra-casual fun of mystery heroes, events and QP.

You really shouldn't rush into it right at 25, I did the same thing and fucked myself on rank. Placed right about 2k, then fell in subsequent games. Eventually stopped playing comp altogether.

Now at lvl360+ (I know, lvl doesn't equal skill bla bla), much better at the game and other chars, but can't bring myself to even do s3 placements because it links back to s2's ranking. If I could get a clean start on a season I'd go back and try ranked, but if they keep on tying it back to previous seasons I will likely never return to try comp again.
