That resets after 5 pulls, though. It's not very different that a lot of "get more if you spend more" deals that mobage have.
When you choose to summon, you get 5 randomly colored orbs. The color of those orbs determines what kind of units it will give you. So if you want, you can spend 20 orbs to summon each of them (that's how much it costs for the 5 summons with the consecutive discount), or you can just spend 5 orbs at a time if you're chasing a specific weapon type.
So you can either do 4 summons or 5 summons for 20 orbs. I imagine pretty much everyone will be doing the consecutive summons though, you should always go for quantity with your summons.

In my quest to play the games I haven't before, I'm playing shadow dragon against the incessant bitching of a friend I borrowed it from and enjoying it even though he insisted it's shit, and will play New Mystery right afterward. Presumably will play the gaiden remake when it comes out.

3 is the only one out of the first three worth playing at all, and that's only to compare to 11/12 really. You can easily skip it and not miss out. There's no real value in playing FE2 now that a remake is coming out soon and the only reason to play FE1 is to see a game where Marth is actually good for once.

Just finished replaying FE2, and the only thing I can really say is that this game is in dire need of a remake, so thank god IS is making one. Everything from chapter 4 (maybe even chapter 3) and beyond is god awful. They better not recreate the game tile for tile, not to mention make Celica's chapter 4 maps worse the absolute worst in the series. If the pegasus sisters didn't exist, I don't think I could even be bothered to finish those chapters.
