I researched Uplifting, i have stone age fuckers on the planet but i cant build observation post in the orbit and iron/machine/atomic age fuckers cant be uplifted through my observation posts ...

Im starting to go mad.

Stone age is too early.
You need to be until they're developped. Maybe atomic age or feodal. I'm not sure.
I wish someone could answer you, but unforunately, I don't see anyone else here.

Uplifting is for pre-sentient species.

You need to have to right ethos to be able to peacefully interact with post stone age civs.

You can't do either to stone age civs.

Pre-Sentients require Uplifting.

Only option for Stone-Age Primitives is colonizing their planet and then restricting yourself to enclaves, restricting them to reservations, or enslaving them.

Other Primitives (the ones you can build Observation Posts over their planets) can be Passively Observed, Actively Observed, Enlightened or Infiltrated.
