I just got Croc to drop the other week, but haven't gotten him leveled up or evolved yet.
As for good RR INT units, I've got Vista, Whitey Bay, Blueno, ... that might be it.
I promise I don't get so fucked on STR or DEX units. QCK is catching up to them too.

I've got a copy of Aokiji and Zephyr, but with their cooldowns, they're tough to use.

Blackbeard is good when you have a choice for which unit you can choose to build your team. Building single color/class burst to clear x or y raidboss is way harder than for the other rainbow lead if you don't have the right unit.

Log Luffy, on the other hand, is operational as soon as the game start and until the end. He is even way more friendly for people with bad box, because only 3 unit really matters. You can create good combination of unit because you can always found a way to get multiple unit of the same type or color to use your buist/orb manipulator.
